We’re founded and led by Michael H. Kobler, a long-time energy metals entrepreneur and CEO who previously co-founded and led American Lithium Corp and Osum Oil Sands Corp from zero to $500 million dollar market caps.

We believe there are huge, overlooked opportunities to extract energy metals from alternative sources such as clay stones and, increasingly, pegmatites. To date, these sources have been overlooked as being too inefficient and costly to develop, but new techniques and a fuller geological understanding make them valuable today.
